Service
ApplyMalawi provides software for creating, editing, improving, exporting, and managing CVs, resumes, cover letters, and related job-application materials through the web app and WhatsApp experiences.
User Responsibility
- Users are responsible for reviewing all CVs, resumes, cover letters, job details, generated documents, and AI output before submitting them to an employer or third party.
- ApplyMalawi does not guarantee employment, interviews, job placement, employer responses, ATS ranking, document correctness, or successful applications.
- Users must provide truthful information and must not use ApplyMalawi to create misleading, unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.
AI Output
AI-generated or AI-improved content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, biased, or out of date. Users must verify all output and decide whether it is appropriate for their own application.
Accounts And Access
- Users are responsible for keeping their login methods, email accounts, WhatsApp account, and devices secure.
- ApplyMalawi may limit, suspend, or terminate access where needed to protect the service, enforce these terms, prevent abuse, comply with law, or handle unpaid or disputed use.
- The service may change, pause, or become unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, messaging limits, payment provider issues, rate limits, or other operational reasons.
Payments And Plans
Paid plans or features may be offered as one-time purchases, usage-based allowances, or time-limited entitlements. Payment activation depends on confirmation from the payment provider.
Payment disputes, duplicate payments, failed activations, and refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
Users keep ownership of the content they provide and the personal documents generated for them, subject to any rights needed for ApplyMalawi to operate and deliver the service.
ApplyMalawi, its software, templates, workflows, design, branding, documentation, and service materials remain owned by the operator or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplyMalawi and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-opportunity damages, including lost jobs, lost income, lost data, employer decisions, or reliance on generated content.
Where liability cannot be excluded, liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the affected service during the relevant purchase period, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
